Grilled Rack of Lamb:  Succulent char-grilled lamb rubbed with exotic spices.  Served with cumin rice, grilled zucchini and our mint-yogurt sauce.   ~ 24

 

Center-Cut Pork Chop:  Naturally raised, char-grilled rib chop with a maple & sage glaze.  Served with apple-braised red cabbage and garlic mashed potatoes.

Norwegian Salmon:  Char-grilled center cut filet, lightly seasoned  & topped with a citrus-herb pesto.  Served with cumin rice and grilled asparagus.   ~ 18

 

The Picasso:   Grilled marinated chicken, layered with garlic mashed potatoes, portabella mushrooms, sautéed spinach w/our creamy porcini mushroom sauce.  ~ 16

 

The Veggie Picasso:  We add a touch of  imported feta cheese and grilled zucchini to make this vegetarian favorite.   ~ 15

 

Bombay Chicken:  A 12oz Statler chicken breast rubbed with sweet curry spices,

pan-fried and topped with a pomegranate glaze.  Served with cumin rice, grilled zucchini, onion chutney and cucumber raita.   ~ 17

 

Seafood Pescatore:  Shrimp, jumbo sea scallops, P.E.I. mussels and calamari sautéed in our white wine-marinara sauce and served over fresh linguini.   ~ 22

 

Shrimp Mediterranean:  Shrimp sautéed w/imported feta cheese, roasted tomatoes, zucchini, scallions & fresh basil in our garlic-wine sauce over fresh linguini.  ~ 18

 

Blackened Sea ScallopsPan seared, jumbo sea scallops, cumin roasted red peppers and zucchini in a tequila-lime cream sauce.  Served w/crispy risotto cake. ~ 20

 

Pistachio Crusted Bay Scallops:  Delicate bay scallops tossed with piquillo red peppers, lemon, parsley and garlic-wine sauce.  Topped w/ Italian cheeses, breadcrumbs & pistachios; broiled & served over fresh linguini.  ~ 18
